We are seeking a Digital Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team, helping to provide exceptional service, content expertise and technical support/solutions to our BorrowBox customers. Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, client support, sales and or account management.
- A passion for books, audiobooks, and digital content.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new digital systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Experience in a tech business, bookselling or digital publishing is an advantage.
