Join Australia’s leading audiobook publisher in a dynamic administrative role supporting multiple departments. Based at our Australian Head Office in Tullamarine, Melbourne, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to daily operations across the business.

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will efficiently manage diverse tasks, assisting operational and audiobook production teams while ensuring high levels of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

This role requires someone who is a problem solver, a go-to person, and an Excel expert. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining workflow and upholding key performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support production, operations, and customer service teams with varied administrative tasks.
  • Manage file systems, update schedules, process data entry, and assist with audiobook orders.
  • Receipt and process high volumes of stock and invoices.
  • Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and database management.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administrative experience with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive mindset, adaptability to new software, and a process-driven approach.
